Open consultation sessions

In our open consultation sessions, we focus on specific topics around Imageware and discuss questions, experiences and possible approaches with our customers. Each session has a dedicated topic – and we also welcome your suggestions.

Our open consultation sessions provide space for topics that come up during daily operations, new projects or the further development of existing workflows. They are not classic training sessions and they do not replace urgent support, but offer a focused exchange on a selected topic.

Each session focuses on a specific topic, such as a product function, a typical workflow, updates in a solution or questions from a particular use case. After a short introduction, there is time for questions, shared experiences and discussion with participants.

The sessions are intended for customers who work with our solutions or want to take a closer look at specific workflows. They are especially useful for understanding individual topics in more detail, learning from the experience of other organisations and taking ideas back into daily work.
