Imageware training is tailored to your organisation. Instead of fixed standard courses, we focus on the topics your team needs to work confidently with the solutions you use.

Good training reflects the daily work of the people who will use the software. That is why we agree the content with you in advance: Which products are in use? Which workflows should be covered? What tasks does your team handle? And where are there questions, uncertainties or new functions that need to become part of everyday work?

Depending on your needs, we provide training for BCS-2, C-3 plus, mybib eDoc, mybib eL, mybib Tox or combined workflows. The focus is not just on explaining features. What matters is that your team understands how the software supports your specific processes – from the first work step through to handover or delivery of the results.

Training can take place remotely, at Imageware in Bonn or on site at your organisation. The right format depends on your requirements, the number of participants, the products in use and the topics to be covered. For more complex workflows or situations involving several workstations, on-site training can be especially helpful because questions can be addressed directly in the actual working environment.

Documentation, manuals and additional materials are also available on our manuals website. They help your team look up information, repeat key topics and deepen their knowledge in daily work.

What training can cover

Training can cover topics such as basic product use, specific workflows, roles and responsibilities, quality control, indexing, output formats, access scenarios or the interaction between several Imageware solutions.
