After the ZBW Leibniz Information Centre for Economics Hamburg/Kiel in 2014 and the Central and Regional Library Berlin (ZLB) in 2019, one of our MyBib eDoc customers has once again become Library of the Year. Congratulations! We are pleased to make a small contribution to ensuring that core library services such as document delivery and interlibrary loans for students, professors, researchers and industrial customers are processed quickly, reliably and largely automatically. In times of social distance and online teaching, this service is more up-to-date than ever.

Dear customers, partners and friends of ImageWare Components,

For all customers with a care and support contract, telephone availability during normal business hours Monday to Friday 9. am – 5.00 pm (MEZ) is guaranteed. The support hotline is +49 (0) 228/ 96985-11. We continue to work, but with a reduced number of people in the office. Some are telecommuting. Who needs access to systems that are not accessible or must not be accessible externally (customer specifications, GDPR, IT security etc.) is in the office.

For non-time critical support requests please send an e-mail to support@imagware.de. Since your contact persons may not be available at the usual telephone number at the moment, we ask you to contact them by e-mail instead. The National Library of Technology in Prague was a generous and splendid host for the event. Around 150 experts met discussing recent developments in ILL. Imageware contributed on day 2 with a speech together with ZHB Lucerne about ILL from the CSLS (Swiss central storage library).
