For all customers with a care and support contract, telephone availability during normal business hours Monday to Friday 9. am – 5.00 pm (MEZ) is guaranteed. The support hotline is +49 (0) 228/ 96985-11. We continue to work, but with a reduced number of people in the office. Some are telecommuting. Who needs access to systems that are not accessible or must not be accessible externally (customer specifications, GDPR, IT security etc.) is in the office.
For non-time critical support requests please send an e-mail to email@example.com. Since your contact persons may not be available at the usual telephone number at the moment, we ask you to contact them by e-mail instead. If you do not have an individual contact person & for all other questions please write to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get back to you!
