ZB Zurich, the swiss leading library for humanities, delivers monographs and copies with OCLCs World Share ILL. To manage the internal ILL workflows smoothly ZB Zurich chose MyBib eDoc. For providing the copies in a efficient and fast way to the requesting library MyBib eL is in use instead of sending physical copies via mail.
