Using the BCS-2 Importer, new jobs for the currently active workflow can be created automatically by importing file folders with images. The new jobs are available after the import via the job list, the import is noted in the status field (imp).

The dialog for the importer is opened by selecting the menu item Create new jobs by import… in the Job menu.

The menu item is only available via the BCS-2 start interface, within the job mode the option is grayed out.

Please note the following point before you start an import:

1. the jobs are always created for the currently active workflow!
2. always make sure that the names of the files to be imported do not contain simple numbering (1,2,3..), there must always be leading zeros (e.g. 0001,0002,0003).
