BCS-2®: ExportSuite
The ExportSuite greatly expands the export functionality and transfer capabilities of scan orders from BCS-2® while still allowing for the greatest possible configuration flexibility.
So called transfer targets replace the target directory and target filename of a certain order type. This transfer target then determines the file type to be created (PDF, single images, etc.) and the selected method of transfer (file system, FTP, etc.). By defining multiple transfer targets it is possible to launch multiple, quasi-simultaneous actions which will be carried out on an order with only one click (e.g. rotating all images of an order upon transfer.
Additionally, meta text files which contain order indexes, page indexes, etc., can be created with the ExportSuite. External applications can also be started with the Suite and additional export possibilities used.
Put simply: with the ExportSuite you can control what will happen with a scan order when it is transferred.
