Fraunhofer IAIS and ImageWare seal their development partnership for the ?electronic reading room? and innovative digital technologies
The partnership focuses on the continuing development of the "electronic reading room MyBib eRoom", a presentation platform for digital copies and full texts.
The system provides a platform to present digitized documents such as books, pictures and scripts in a save electronic surrounding.
The highlight: The jointly developed software is protected against data abuse while taking the copyright laws into account. At registered workstations authorized users may gain access to text books, journals, contracts, plans and other sensitive documents, which are administrated on a server. Libraries, archives, publishers and private industry can benefit from the flexible solution.
