The electronic reading room MyBib eRoom at the Frankfurt book fair 2011
Fraunhofer IAIS and ImageWare will present new technologies for indexing and displaying digital copies in a save electronic environment at the Frankfurt book fair from 12 to 16 October, in Hall 4.2, booth N424. A simulation of an entire workflow will be presented: beginning with the digitisation, image processing and indexing, up to the presentation in the electronic reading room.
MyBib eRoom protects both right holders and users from data misuse. A variety of authentication and authorisation processes permits the user to legally access (text)books, journals, contracts, plans and other sensitive documents.
The MyBib eRoom presentation at the book fair will focus on the application "EMMA digital" (a political magazine completely run by women), "Bambalinas" (early 20th century theatre magazines from Argentina) as well as "BITonline" (library related professional journal).
