Version 2.8 offers many new functionalities
In addition to the complete re-design of the MyBib eDocŪ interface, Version 2.8 offers the following new functionalities:
- variable configuration of order lists
- individually configurable order search
- delivery format for the electronic reading room MyBib eRoom
- administration of scan- jobs via selection
- integration of an event- and notification-system
- extended connection to third-party systems, for example over PluX-Connectors; XML-RPC Interfaces
Further advantages are the improvements of the internal usability, for example through extended rapid-branch functionalities, the visualisation of task-progress and handling of help texts, reports and quick-mask as individual layers.
The new MyBib eDocŪ- Version 2.8 results in additional areas of application, such as the connection to WorldCat Resource Sharing (WCRS and OCLC) or an Electronic-Journal-Library- inquiry within the campus delivery service, to meet the requirements of the framework of the copyright law.
