Electronic reading room
The electronic reading room MyBib eLŪ is a presentation platform for digital copies and full texts which was developed by ImageWare and the Fraunhofer Institute for Intelligent Analysis and Information Systems IAIS. The system offers the possibility to securely present a wide range of digital media under adherence of the copyright laws.
MyBib eLŪ protects both right holders and users from data misuse. A variety of authentication and authorisation processes permits the user to legally access (text)books, journals, contracts, plans and other sensitive documents.
Specific MyBib eLŪ seminars convey the approach of the technical- organizational solution and clarify the legal necessities. The aim is to reduce the interpretation and application space, so that the given possibilities of the implementation of an electronic reading room become transparent.
